Application: 

Dispense a small amount of Pop Base (or your favorite moisturizer) onto palm. Add 1-2 Popkle Boba Pearls of your choice and blend together in your palm. Apply evenly to clean skin and gently massage until absorbed.

For extra targeted treatment, Boba Pearls may also be used directly on skin without the Pop Base if preferred.
